Miles Adcox is a speaker, thought leader, advocate, advisor, and entrepreneur in the emotional wellness space. Unabashed personal freedom is a key to Miles’ personality; his ability to live life out loud through really hard work and great decisions is inspiring and something that people often long to emulate. Miles’ personal style and design inspirations draw from cowboy and western culture. Miles has a personal eagerness for adventure, and he encourages others to take a step outside themselves, both physically and mentally, in order to be vulnerable and become in-tune with their emotions and intentions.

Janet has experience working with a variety of clients across both for-profit and non-profit sectors. Most recently, she served as Co-President, Chief Strategy and Operating Officer for BUNTIN. Janet leverages 20+ years of experience to partner with clients in the development of leaders and teams to unlock potential and build capacity.
As an experienced C-suite executive, she is uniquely positioned to understand firsthand the challenges that executives face when addressing the need to grow. Prior to BUNTIN, Janet served as the Chief Operating Officer of Onsite Partners and prior to Onsite, she was a partner and leader of the strategy, change leadership, and facilitation practice areas of c3/consulting, which was acquired by Ankura in 2018. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions in business development, finance, sales, operations, and customer experience in a variety of industries. This first-hand experience has shaped her ability to connect with executives and team members at all levels while fostering cross-functional collaboration and connected cultures.

Jim Geckler is an industry veteran who brings an impressive background to the Onsite team as our Chief Operating Officer with over 25 years of success in the management and growth of treatment organizations. Most recently, he served as CEO of Harmony Foundation in Colorado.
Over his impressive career, Jim has served as the Director of Patient, Alumni, and Community Relations at Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, Executive Director/COO of Assistance in Recovery, and VP of Business Operations for Addiction Intervention Services. He has a track record of leading with heart and is admired within the space for his character, integrity, and ability to produce results by prioritizing quality services and team culture.

Christopher O’Reilly, MA, LPC, serves as the Vice President of Clinical Services for Milestones. Christopher has an extensive career running residential and outpatient programs specializing in trauma, addiction treatment, and detox. Within a nearly 20-year career with Caron Treatment Centers, he honed his administrative and clinical skills, overseeing residential programs’ full range of operational and therapeutic functions. Christopher also served as an adjunct professor at West Chester University, teaching mind, body health.
Christopher obtained his MA in Clinical Counseling from Alvernia University, and his additional credentials include:

He started his career in marketing, branding, and advertising and transitioned into people operations at GS&F in Nashville. Most recently, he served as their EVP, People.

In her role as Business Development Director, Amelia helps individuals, families, and professionals identify the next right step in their healing journey, whether that is at one of our programs or another facility. Amelia’s broad exposure and various roles at Onsite have provided her with a strong perspective and understanding that every role at Onsite is integral to the holistic client experience and the success of the organization.
In her thirteen years with Onsite, she has served as Finance & HR Director, Admissions Specialist, Director of Admissions, VP of Admissions, VP of Operations, and Interim COO. In her most recent operations roles, Amelia led a large, expansive campus project, including the construction of three new buildings, all while bringing them in on time and under budget!

Dawn serves as the Vice President of Finance, leading Onsite’s Accounting and Finance team. Prior to Onsite, Dawn was responsible for all accounting-related activities as a Controller for several organizations, including Security Seed & Chemical, Inc., Bridgestone Metalpha U.S.A., Inc., and Averitt Hardwoods International, Inc.
Throughout her career in finance, Dawn has had incredible success helping organizations strategically expand, come in under budget, and exceed goals and timelines.

Joining the team to lead Onsite’s entertainment division, Debbie Carroll is an accomplished executive steeped in the entertainment industry. Carroll has created scalable emotional health solutions in the areas of counseling, addiction recovery, human services, psychiatric care, coaching, and intensive outpatient care.
For more than two decades, she has served as Vice President of Health and Human Services for MusiCares, a charitable partner of the Recording Academy. Debbie was responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing MusiCares’ programs and services nationally. Under her leadership, MusiCares succeeded in substantially increasing their programs and services from 230 clients and $236,000 distributed in 1998 to over 38,000 clients and more than $28 million distributed during the COVID pandemic. Debbie currently serves on the ACM Lifting Lives, Harmonium, and Leadership Music Board of Directors and on the Cumberland Heights Advisory Board. She is the past chairman of ACM Lifting Lives and is currently President-Elect of Leadership Music. She previously served as a board member of the American Heart Association and the Onsite Foundation. She has been honored for the past six years with the Nashville Business Journal’s Women in Music Business Award and was recognized by Pollstar 2020 Live! as an Impact 50 Honoree.
Carroll holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Georgia, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Leading Onsite’s clinical division, Heather is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor, a Clinical Addiction Specialist, and a Certified Trauma Therapist. She completed a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University. With nearly 20 years in the treatment industry, her clinical experience includes direct client care and executive leadership roles at inpatient, outpatient, and wilderness therapy programs.
Heather has been a part of developing, designing, and opening five dual-diagnosis and trauma-informed behavioral health substance use programs. Her clinical expertise includes working with the LGBTQ+ community, trauma, mental health, substance use disorders, spirituality, anxiety, depression, grief, and loss. Her clinical approach is person-centered, holistic, and humanistic, utilizing evidence-based experiential interventions to support the growth of individuals.

Lindsey serves as the Vice President of Marketing, leading the marketing team and Onsite’s efforts to build an emotionally well world and reconnect humanity.
Throughout her career, Lindsey has worked across the for-profit and non-profit sectors in marketing, event planning and management, merchandising, communications, development, and operations. Directly before joining the Onsite team, Lindsey was the strategic force behind the creation and growth of IF:Gathering, building and launching an organization that has impacted millions of women around the world. A natural connector and social justice advocate, Lindsey also has served on the boards of Be the Bridge, Help One Now and The Freedom Story.

Lizzy McGlothlin has worked in the behavioral health field for over 17 years in various administrative and leadership roles. In 2023, she helped lead The Global Exchange Conference, the largest Mental Health, Wellness, and Leadership Conference that brings together thought leaders and pioneers to train and inspire professionals.
Lizzy is excited to return to Onsite, where she has worked since 2009. At Onsite, Lizzy served in admissions, marketing, programming, business development, and entertainment services. This next phase will bring together her past experiences to support the reach and growth of Onsite.
In every area she has served, Lizzy has found success and impact. In business development and entertainment services, she worked to connect professionals and clients alike to the work of Onsite. As a leader of the programming team, she brought efficiency and added structure to Onsite programs. Her efforts increased the number of programs offered, the quality of the experience, and the number of clients served.
Lizzy has a unique ability to balance both the strategic and relational thinking required to grow and sustain a high-performing team. She firmly believes that courage and vulnerability are essential leadership skills needed to meet the challenging demands of today’s organizations. She is passionate about connecting with people and helping them find the next step in their emotional wellness journey. Lizzy’s recovery journey sparked her passion for helping others and inspired her desire to change and grow as a leader in this field.

Dr. Neil Bomar comes to Milestones with a varied medical and psychiatric background. He is an honors graduate of Vanderbilt University and completed his medical degree at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center in Memphis. An early career in primary and urgent care medicine led him to Kentucky, where he attended the University of Kentucky to pursue a residency in occupational and preventive medicine. He practiced occupational and corporate medicine for Toyota in Georgetown, Kentucky, before returning to Memphis to complete a residency in psychiatry. From 2004 to 2011, he built a busy private psychiatry practice while serving as a consultant for Methodist and Baptist hospitals.
Dr. Bomar has spoken on the regional and national levels at symposia on topics such as opioid addiction and the interface between psychiatry and primary care. He has consulted for companies providing services to geriatric clients as well as clients with intellectual and developmental disorders.
In addition to his private practice, Dr. Bomar has served as medical director of substance abuse treatment centers at the intensive outpatient and residential levels. He has also served as a regional speaker for Pamlabs, Forest Pharmaceuticals, and Otsuka Pharmaceuticals. His breadth of experience in psychiatry and primary care led to a focus in the areas of trauma and addiction. He has been the medical director for the last five years at a nonprofit organization, providing comprehensive treatment to adolescents with addictions and trauma-related disorders. It was this experience that inspired him to pursue Onsite’s opportunity at Milestones to further his work in the field of trauma and codependency.

Amanda Morrow, MS, serves as the Milestones’ Clinical Supervisor. Amanda previously served as a Primary Therapist for the residents of Milestones, Onsite’s Residential Trauma Program. In this role, Amanda had the honor of walking with clients as they explore the depths of their pain and helps equip them to walk through that pain towards healing.
Before coming to Onsite, Amanda worked as a therapist in a residential treatment center that dealt with addiction, mental health, and traumas. In addition, she also worked as a psychoeducational therapist in an outpatient treatment center for adolescent males. After attending Psychodrama and Experiential Training Institute programs for mental health professionals on our campus, Amanda left hoping to work at Onsite. She longed to work for a program that integrated experiential modalities to treat individuals holistically.

Ian Chapman, LMSW, currently serves as a Primary Therapist for the residents of Milestones, Onsite’s Residential Trauma Program. In his role, Ian walks alongside clients as they do deep healing work.
Before becoming a therapist, Ian served the mental health community through research. Ian previously held the role of Clinical Research Coordinator, creating and conducting outcomes research on several Onsite programs. He also worked as a Research Assistant in the Langer Mindfulness at Harvard University and later as the Clinical Intern at the Boston Public Health Commission and the Multiservice Eating Disorder Association (MEDA). As a therapist, Ian is trained in experiential, EMDR, and trauma stage processing modalities. He previously served as a Primary Therapist at Integrative Life Center before returning to Onsite to join the Milestones Team.

Megan is the Director of Onsite’s Equine and Adventure Program. She has over 14 years in the mental health field and has held roles as an Outdoor Educator, Program Director, and Therapist. She received her Master’s degree in Psychology from Lipscomb University, where she is currently an adjunct faculty member in their graduate school. She is a Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor, Certified Equine, Wilderness and Adventure Therapist, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Certified Wilderness First Responder.
Megan incorporates EMDR, IFS, Psychodrama, and Experiential modalities into her work. She skillfully blends her experience as an Outdoor Educator and Backcountry Guide, with her training as a trauma therapist, affording her ability to curate outdoor experiences tailored to the participant’s individual needs while maintaining safety. Along with her ability to support those on their healing journey from trauma or addiction, she also has training in spiritual care and works with clients who have experienced hurt in religious settings or are seeking a greater sense of connection and purpose in life.

Marie brings an immense sense of gratitude and enthusiasm as she joins the Milestones team! She considers herself a recovering human being who is passionate about encouraging others to know and love themselves, follow their hearts, and release what is blocking movement toward healing and peace.
Marie is a licensed senior psychological examiner with a master’s degree in clinical psychology from MTSU. She is a certified level II challenge course facilitator, certified advanced integrative therapy practitioner, and trained in EMDR, EFT, and matrix reimprinting. She is excited at how these energetic modes of treatment empower people with their own healing.
She is a graduate of the Nashville School of Homeopathy and completed a homeopathic master clinician course in fall 2014. As a “military brat,” Marie lived with her five brothers and sisters in Hawaii, Japan, Virginia, Kansas, and California before settling in Nashville, Tennessee, where she lives with her wonderful husband and son. She has worked as a musician and singer, writer, and teacher. Marie enjoys reading, hiking, water aerobics, kayaking, and connecting with new and old friends and family.

Robert has over 35 years of experience in the recovery field and specializes in adventure therapy techniques utilizing the challenge course, ropes course, as well as experiential and metaphor therapy as tools to enhance recovery from trauma, family of origin, and addiction and attachment issues. Robert has provided extensive training services throughout the country for a number of years. He has been on the faculty of CENAPS Intensive School of Relapse Prevention Specialists and has been published in Addictions and Recovery Magazine as well as other recovery-related publications. Robert has worked in private practice and nationally recognized treatment centers bringing his expertise and passion for helping others through addiction, trauma, and mental health recovery.

Terence Smith, LPC serves as a Primary Therapist for the clients of Milestones, Onsite’s Residential Trauma Program. He joins our team after working in the trauma and addiction field for almost a decade. He counts it one of his greatest professional achievements to pour back into the other therapists and mentor recent graduates in the psychology field.
Prior to coming to Onsite, Terrance worked as a Sex and Addiction Therapist at Integrative Life Center where he assisted the development and implementation of the Sex and Love Addiction Program. He also served as a Primary Therapist at the Center for Relational and Sexual Recovery Men’s Program at The Ranch in Middle Tennessee.

Crystal Galloway has respected and admired the work of Milestones and Onsite for years as a native of Cumberland Furnace. Previously a practicing nurse, Crystal joined the Milestones team as the Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day logistics of the program.
In her role, Crystal oversees several teams responsible for serving our guests and creating the calm, safe, and peaceful setting Milestones is known for. From a resident’s first day to their farewell, Crystal and her team manage the details necessary for them to focus and be fully present for their process.

Rachael Tanner-Smith, LPC-MHSP, PMHNP-BC, serves as the psychiatric nurse practitioner at Milestones. As a dually licensed counselor and psychiatric nurse practitioner with nearly twenty years of clinical and leadership experience across levels of care and over a decade of teaching mindfulness and meditation, she is uniquely qualified to support clients in creating a life they love.
Before training as a nurse practitioner at Vanderbilt University, she served as both primary therapist and clinical director at outpatient substance use and trauma treatment centers. Rachael brings her love of experiential clinical work, such as EMDR, Brainspotting, sand tray, and contemplative approaches, into her work as a nurse practitioner.

Hannah Phillips, LCSW, joined the Onsite team as the Clinical Director to lead our Outpatient Services at Onsite Wellness House. Hannah has worked in Behavioral Health for over ten years, facilitating direct client care and developing, leading, and supervising mental wellness programs. Her training in EMDR, Brainspotting, SomEx, and Family Reconstruction has guided her work with clients recovering from trauma and its effects, including addiction, co-dependency, anxiety, depression, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), and relational issues.
As a clinician, Hannah partners with clients to integrate the whole person into the healing process- mind, body, and spirit. In addition to her extensive clinical experience, Hannah is also a Mental Health First Aid Instructor and speaks on many mental and emotional health topics in the community

Becci serves as the Operations Director, supporting the client care and resource planning, admissions, and operations of Onsite’s Entertainment and Specialized Services division. In this role, she supports and serves our clients in public-facing positions.
Becci has worked in the behavioral health industry for years and has admired and respected the work of Onsite from afar. She is excited and honored to join the team and support this new extension of Onsite offerings. Programs. In previous roles, Becci served as the initial point of contact for clients and referents, providing detailed customer and case management services, cultivating and maintaining close relationships with families, expanding brand visibility internationally, and implementing and executing new policies, programs, and systems. Her prior experience and unique skills make her the perfect choice to oversee operations for this division.

Chase has been working with individuals seeking growth experiences for over 15 years. His passion was created out of his own journey in recovery beginning in 2005. Since then, he has worked within other organizations including several recovery residences, an intensive outpatient program as a group counselor, as well as substance use and dual diagnosis treatment.
Onsite holds a special place in Chase’s heart, as he himself has experienced the life-changing work that takes place. The moment he stepped on to Onsite’s campus he felt the spirit of healing. In his position at Onsite, he brings passion, experience, and authenticity. In Chase’s personal life he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Hayley and their two children Adaline and Oliver.

Clint joined Onsite after working for a contractor responsible for new buildings on campus. He was drawn to being a part of the team after seeing the positive atmosphere that he claims is “infectious.”

Dana has worked in the behavioral health field for the past 20 years, primarily in residential treatment. Throughout her career, she’s held positions in Marketing, Admissions, Operations, and After-Care.
For seven years, Dana owned and operated a 12-bed women’s extended care trauma program in North Carolina. She was then asked to work as a consultant at a women’s primary residential program. In this process, Dana was instrumental in rebuilding their team and creating new programming and curriculum rooted in intention and trauma responsiveness. As a result of her expertise and leadership, the facility re-opened in just nine months, gaining an accreditation only awarded to five programs in the nation.
Dana joins the Onsite team with a deep appreciation and understanding of the impact of our experiences. For almost a decade, she returned annually to take part in Onsite’s Leadership Retreat for behavioral health professionals. She now serves as our Business Development Director, connecting people with the healing work of Onsite and Milestones. She is grateful to represent the place she has called her healing home for so many years.

After owning her own business for 18 years, Diana focused on a career in the administrative/financial sector. This leap of faith led her to Onsite in 2011 as the Finance Director. Diana is now responsible for the training of all Milestones and Onsite employees and oversees the CARF certification standards.
Diana believes that to enjoy what you do and have the opportunity to play even a small part in changing someone’s life is a blessing. She sees her role on the Human Resources team as a vital part of the transformation of Onsite and believes it keeps her engaged and motivated in her work.

Hannah serves as the Creative Marketing Director, overseeing and leading efforts to strategically tell the story of Onsite. Hannah graduated with a degree in social work. After a series of left turns, her career took a turn towards marketing and events.
After spending the last decade harnessing her passion for storytelling and space-making for brands in various fields from publishing to e-commerce, Hannah found herself longing to make her way back to her other great passion—mental health. For years, she watched Onsite from the sidelines as they pioneered exceptional mental and emotional health experiences. When the possibility arose for her to blend her passions, skills, and experiences, she jumped at the opportunity.

Joe Brake joined the Onsite team as IT Director in 2021. Joe’s role is primarily to support the team at Onsite in striving for better use of technology to interact with our clients effectively. This support falls into three main categories. Operational support – managing and maintaining the approved devices, audio/visual equipment, and corporate network; infrastructure support – keeping Onsite’s core hardware in good order; and governance support – ensuring IT policies and processes align with Onsite’s core values, goals, and needs.
Enjoying the challenge and frenetic pace of working in 24/7 healthcare, Joe has served in the industry for over 20 years in several roles. Most recently, Joe served as Senior System Administrator for both Fourth and Homewatch CareGivers. Joe brought his talents to serve the mission of Onsite, believing that mental health is crucial for living a balanced, happy, and fulfilling life.

John has almost 20 years of experience bringing compelling visions to life. John’s experience has been to create, curate, and facilitate teams and spaces that evoke hope, change, and forward movement in the world. From building sustainable and innovative nonprofits to managing global conferences and tours, being a director within a relationally-driven retail brand, and most recently running a creative agency, John brought his expertise to the Onsite team to enhance the experience.

In her role as Alumni and Community Relations, Mickenzie is responsible for serving Onsite, Milestones, and Onsite Wellness House alumni communities. She is also integral in furthering Onsite’s mission to design and deliver transformational experiences that optimize life and build meaning and value into the human experience.
You may recognize her voice or face through the various hats she wears, representing the Onsite brand as the producer and co-host of the Living Centered Podcast and host of Onsite’s emotional wellness webinars.
Before joining the Onsite team, Mickenzie spent her career as a storyteller and community builder in various capacities. She cut her teeth at a non-profit where she learned the power of community development, alumni relations, and compelling copy that connects. Mickenzie also spent a few years leading social media marketing for a large brand, speaker, and best-selling author.

Paula serves as Hospitality Director, leading our hospitality team and managing all the details that make our guests’ experiences exquisite.
Paula was born and raised in Galicia, a northern region off the coast of Spain. After moving nonstop for years around the globe, she made Tennessee her permanent home 11 years ago. In her time at Onsite, she has furthered attention to detail and service by equipping her incredible hospitality team with policies and procedures for a more efficient department. In addition, she has elevated the design of our spaces and put a heavy focus on making our campus a warming, welcoming environment with an emphasis on special touches.

As Admissions Director, Shannon leads the team, guiding clients through the admissions process and connecting them with a variety of emotional and mental health resources.
Shannon has served in almost every department at Onsite in some capacity, having worked at Onsite on and off since high school.
Shannon returned to Onsite full-time after getting her Bachelor of Science degree in Education and is now serving and leading efforts on the admissions side of Onsite programming.
